The MED1000GHD is a 1000-litre double-door upright medical refrigerator designed for high-volume pharmaceutical and clinical storage in hospitals, pharmacies, and research facilities where large-scale cold-chain management and advanced temperature monitoring are required. With a precise 2°C to 8°C temperature range and a Bluetooth-enabled controller offering up to 30 days of exportable temperature records, it combines serious storage capacity with digital compliance capability.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, built to withstand the rigours of high-traffic clinical environments while meeting the hygiene standards required for pharmaceutical storage. CFC-free high-density foam insulation maintains thermal efficiency, while fan-assisted cooling ensures consistent temperature distribution across all ten storage positions. Six adjustable perforated stainless steel shelves and four fixed pull-out drawers provide versatile storage for different container sizes, with the drawers offering particularly convenient access to frequently retrieved items at the base of the cabinet. Two UV-protected, self-closing glass doors allow visual stock inspection, protect contents from ultraviolet light, and support secure access through independent lockable handles. Four castor wheels — two with brakes — provide mobility for repositioning as operational needs change.

The Bluetooth-enabled digital controller with LED display allows clinical staff to monitor live cabinet temperature and download temperature records directly to a mobile device via a companion app. The controller logs data at 20-minute intervals, retains up to 30 days of temperature and alarm history, and supports data export via email, WhatsApp, and SMS for compliance and audit purposes. Password protection secures controller settings against unauthorised adjustment. Audible and visual alarms activate for high/low temperature excursions, door-open events, a blocked condenser, and high/low voltage conditions.
